Why does the unit say 50Hz inside? Can it be used in the U.S.?

Yes. This is a Full Inverter heat pump rated for 220–240V, 50–60Hz. Some internal parts are marked 50Hz, but the complete unit is fully compatible with both 50Hz and 60Hz power.

Why does the display show Celsius (°C) instead of Fahrenheit (°F)?

The unit shows °C, Display unit doesn't affect performance

Will it work in my country?

Our pool heat pumps run on 220V (standard in most countries). If you have 220V power, just plug it in and it works. If you only have 110V power, you'll need a step-up transformer to convert 110V to 220V.
