Is the installation difficult? Do I need to hire an electrician?
Not at all! This is battery operated wall sconce designed for easy self-installation. It comes with all necessary hardware and a clear guide. Most customers complete the setup in under 10 minutes without any tools or wiring.
What if the battery wall sconce I receive is faulty or stops working?
Charge for at least 8 hours before first use. Unplug the charging cable and press the manual button once to turn it on. For any malfunction, contact the seller via Your Orders for a free replacement—return is not required.
Why are the two sconces different in brightness?
Use the remote or button control to adjust both lights to the same brightness level (e.g., 10% or 100%), then turn both off and on again to synchronize.
What if the remote control does not respond?
Check that the remote battery is properly installed, operate within 3 meters (10 feet), and ensure both sconces are powered on.
What if the light flickers?
Flickering usually indicates low battery — please fully charge the unit. If flickering persists, try switching to a different brightness level.
